München Haus specializes in high-quality, authentic Bavarian sausages. Charbroiled to perfection on our outdoor grill and served on a toasted, locally-made artisan bun. Choose from over 20 condiments and specialty mustards, including our famous apple cider kraut. Enjoy our mountain views and fun, family atmosphere. You will find locally crafted brews from award-winning Icicle Brewing Company along with local wines.

Oliver and Pam Brulotte founded München Haus in 2001 and Icicle Brewing Company in 2010. The Brulottes met at Washington State University in 1991, married in 1994 and lived in Prosser, WA.
Oliver was from a generational farming family with a focus on hops. After several years of learning, visioning and venturing out on their own to plant Avocet Vineyards in Mattawa and pursue other land investments, Oliver and Pam developed München Haus from an empty lot and humble beginnings.
They started out popping Kettle Korn and selling locally made snacks. Soon after they opened, they moved with their three kids, Gabrielle, Joshua and Elise, to Leavenworth full time. As the business grew, München Haus had many re-models through the years adding a sausage grill, then a beer garden where we served German and local craft beer.
München Haus is led by Mia Abbett, our wonderful management, and our amazing staff.

München Haus and Leavenworth are located on the traditional homelands of the p’squosa tribe. Their ancestral homeland extends from the Cascade Ridge throughout what is now known as the Wenatchee and Okanogan valleys. This land was taken away with dishonored treaties and agreements with the government during 1855 and 1894 leading to their displacement. We are continuing to educate ourselves to learn about the true history of the past and injustices that have occurred on this land. We honor all the Indigenous people of this land: past, present, and future. We will continue to be intentional with building relationships and community to nurture healing efforts. We will continue listening and learning in the present, and be proactive in our future to honor our human connection, nature, and continue to foster diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in these spaces. We are committed to intentional relationships with the original stewards of these lands through donations, creating space and supporting with recommendations from p’squosa people.
